We do not accept bank wire transfers as forms of payment.
We accept company checks; however, you must allow the check 7-10 days to clear the bank before we can activate your account. Contact our sales department for details.
At U.S. InfoTel and Cynergy Software we take credit card fraud very seriously. We will manually verify your order by calling the phone number that you list in the system. If we are unable to verify this number by calling it, your order will immediately be refunded and the account suspended. This protects you from someone using your credit card fraudulantly.
Should you wish to receive a refund, please notify support@cynergysoftware.com. Within 24 hours of your order or call 405-516-2420 Option 2 and we will issue a refund to you immediately and cancel your account. Please read the terms of use before activating your account.
